Integrated Educational Management Information System (IEMIS)
IEMIS is Nepal's national education data system, operated by the Center for Education and Human Resource Development (CEHRD) under the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. Every year (Shrawan–Bhadra), schools use their 9-digit IEMIS ID to enter their annual School Census data — enrollment by grade, teacher details, physical infrastructure and more.
The school's entry is verified by the local level (Triveni Municipality education section) and the district education unit, after which CEHRD publishes the annual Flash Reports. Government planning, budgets, teacher quotas and scholarship distribution are based on this data.

The grade-wise enrollment figures on the Results & Statistics page are year-specific figures taken from the official IEMIS census of the labelled academic year. Each figure is shown with its academic year clearly marked — please do not interpret them as current figures.
The school's IEMIS ID and other official records are available from the school office or the education section of Triveni Municipality.
